Please include the name as it appears on the credit card and the billing address if different from the shipping address. Orders delivered to a P. O. Box require Priority Mail delivery service. Include a phone number or email address in case we need to contact you regarding your order. For your privacy email addresses will not be provided to any non -- affiliated parties outside of The Madison Boutique staff.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with any items please return it to us within 60 days of shipment for an exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Return instructions are outlined on the enclosed label marked returns.

Standard Delivery - 5 Business days
Rush Delivery - Call or email before 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) Mon - Fri. for overnight delivery of in -- stock merchandise.
Next Day Delivery - Call or email before 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) Mon - Friday for overnight delivery of in -- stock merchandise within 1 business day, Some restrictions may apply.
